The bedroom has a lovely French vibe with a big mirror, high ceilings, and beautiful old wooden floors. It made me feel like I was in a cozy cottage in the countryside. As someone with disabilities, I appreciated the spaciousness and the ease of moving around.
Personally, I found the high vaulted ceilings a bit overwhelming and they made the room feel colder than I preferred. However, I understand that others might enjoy the grandness of the ceilings and not mind the temperature.

The private cottage was absolutely mind-blowing with its excellent furnishings, and it was stocked with a delicious breakfast each morning. Nanette's antipasto platter was jaw-droppingly amazing, filled with home-cured salmon, shrimp, pate, cheeses, and dips. The grounds were lovely, and being just 10 minutes away from wineries was super convenient.

Loved the tranquil surroundings with English gardens and bird-filled stream. Lunch at Dolce was an unforgettable experience. The slightly South American menu at Arbour was absolute perfection. Steve and Nanette's warm welcome at Marlborough Lodge made me feel right at home.
Oh, how I loathed leaving this heavenly place!

Dwarfed by Dolce cafe and Arbour restaurant, Marlborough's other dining options seem like a joke. Dolce's all-day dining satisfies every craving, while Arbour's innovative cuisine and extensive wine list transport you to culinary heaven. Heaven forbid you try any other place in Blenheim!
Can't find any cons? Well, that's a disappointment.

The Marlborough B & B in Tuamarina is a charming and beautifully appointed heritage house that offers a peaceful and private stay. The comfortable beds and delightful sunroom overlooking the garden make it a perfect place for a business traveler to relax. Nanette and Steve, the innkeepers, are warm and attentive, providing a delicious breakfast that is sure to start the day off right. The property's great location adds to its appeal, making it a convenient choice for anyone visiting the area.
Felt like being home, no complaint.

This cozy little countryside getaway had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The dogs were absolutely adorable and added to the charm of the place. We were thrilled to have a location that was in the hub of all the nearby wineries. The breakfast spread was mouthwatering, and we found ourselves looking forward to it each morning.
That we wished we could have stayed longer! We did have a minor nit-pick, though.

Stepping into this hotel feels like entering a luxurious country retreat. The exclusive amenities, including the private facilities and unique outdoor dining area, surpassed my expectations. The tastefully appointed room had a comfortable bed and stylish decor that exuded elegance. The exceptional service provided by the delightful hosts ensured my every need was fulfilled. Relaxing on the sun terrace, surrounded by the picturesque garden area, was a highlight of my stay.
Despite the many positive aspects of this hotel, the location was a minor issue. While it was a short distance from the main wineries and into Blenheim, it felt somewhat isolated.

Nanette, Steve, and the doggos were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The place had such a cool vibe with beautiful furniture and fresh flowers everywhere. The breakfast was super delicious and we loved chilling in the sunroom overlooking the garden. Plus, the location was perfect for partying and exploring the nearby wineries. Highly recommend!
The only thing we wished for was a bit stronger WiFi reception. But who needs WiFi when you're having the time of your life at Woodside!

We stayed in a rustic B&B located very close to most wineries in the area. The room had a nice decoration, but the bathroom was quite outdated. The service was friendly, and the breakfast well-cooked. It was enjoyable to relax on the beautiful garden, but some facilities needed maintenance.
The activities options were quite limited, and there was no gym or swimming pool.

Spent Easter weekend relaxing in a cozy cottage tucked away in a beautiful countryside. The cottage was stocked with delicious fresh fruits and bread upon arrival which was a nice touch. The hosts were incredibly friendly and even helped us plan a bike tour to nearby wineries. We really enjoyed the privacy and peace away from the touristy crowds. Plus, the location was central to all the major attractions we wanted to visit.
The only downside was having to leave! We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the beautiful surroundings and the hospitality of the hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in this B&B. The house was stunning, set in a beautiful garden, and our room was tastefully decorated with a cozy sitting area. The breakfast served in the elegant dining room was delicious and presented beautifully, including fresh fruits, toasts, and a choice of cooked dishes. We also appreciated the ample provisions provided for making our own breakfast. The location was perfect, close enough to most wineries in Marlborough, and it was easy to find transportation. The staff, especially the owners Steve and Nanette, were extremely friendly and provided helpful suggestions on things to do and places to eat.
Hard to think of anything.
